Hi Mom, Kathy and I finally made it up there to clean out and clean up everything that was left. At first we couldn’t understand how someone could save so much stuff, but it gave Kathy and I time to remember everything we shared together over the years with every box we went through. Being up at the cabin made me feel you were still around me. I know that’s why Dad can’t stay for the season. I know in time and with everyone’s support he’ll be there with all of us. Everything at the lake now is cleaned up and put away and ready for everyone to use again. This I know is putting a smile in your heart and ours. Mom thanks for the little joke on Kathy, she put that smiling clown figurine on top of the music box in front of your urn and she showed me what she did and we laughed. I told her that you would get her for that. Later that evening we were watching a movie and we heard a sound and thought maybe it was part of the movie. We paused the movie and could still hear the sound coming from where your urn is sitting. It was the music box playing that the clown was on. I told Kathy you would get her. It was so funny seeing her face in surprise. (We laughed!!). We miss you. Love, Denise
